Invite yourself to drop into a deeper kind of listening.

Within that space, a possibility opens for you to begin to sense into your ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฅ๐˜บ’๐˜ด ๐˜ช๐˜ฎ๐˜ฑ๐˜ถ๐˜ญ๐˜ด๐˜ฆ to move – to feel how ๐˜บ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ณ ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฅ๐˜บ ๐˜ธ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ต๐˜ด ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฐ๐˜ท๐˜ฆ ๐˜บ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ.

The movement comes from within your deepest knowing and ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ฏ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ฆ ๐˜‰๐˜–๐˜‹๐˜  ๐˜ž๐˜๐˜š๐˜‹๐˜–๐˜”.

You might sense an impulse to move your legs or arms, or to turn your head and neck to turn to look around your space. Your body will guide you the more you pause and practice this somatic listening and noticing your sensations.

We can practice growing the muscle of following our impulses by noticing when we feel hungry, tired or thirsty and honouring those impulses straight away.

Following our body impulses helps us to ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ค๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ค๐˜ต ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ณ ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฅ๐˜บ ๐˜ธ๐˜ช๐˜ด๐˜ฅ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฎ and is vital part of allowing the body to share her story.

Following our body impulses helps us to reconnect with our ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ช๐˜ฎ๐˜ข๐˜ญ ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฅ๐˜บ and ๐˜ฏ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜ญ ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ค๐˜ต๐˜ด.
