Activating Our Energy Wisdom

One of the sacred gateways of returning home to ourselves is through activating our energy wisdom knowing. It is the way we weave energy to embody and expand our soul’s innate magnificence.

Learning to weave energy is vital to earthing our soul in our body.

It opens us up to receiving the earth as a resource channel to harmonise with the rhythms and cycles of the earth to invoke our life essence and vitality in restorative ways.

As we unlock our energy wisdom, we open to living in quantum possibilities and untap the innate wisdom within us.

One of the core ways we access our energy wisdom is through our Etheric energy body, which is a primary life force energy and the key to igniting our radiance and vitality.

Our Etheric energy body is the energetic structure of the physical body and interplays with the quantum field around us. It delivers energy to our physical body and is connected to the emotional energy system the mental energy system.

Through aligning with the quantum field, we restore harmony within our energy body to energetically weave our soul legacy.

And we unlock our innate healing wisdom within.

Right now during this time, we are being called to open and expand into activating our energy magic.

To weave the wisdom of our body and heart with soul work, energy medicine and earth wisdom.

Mother Earth is calling us home and is welcoming us with a loving embrace as we rest back into the truth of who we are.

It is time to open to quantum leadership and the infinite field of quantum possibilities as we redream the world being led by soul and heart.

Invoking Our Soul Legacy

Now, more than ever, we are being called to rise into embodying the full magnificence of our soul so that we can share the soul legacy we came here to share.

Our nervous system is the interface for our soul energies to move through our body.

Through embodying our body wisdom, we embody and earth our soul.

Coming home to ourselves through our bodies opens a gateway for us to embody the full radiance of our soul.

We can visualize our soul field as a matrix of energy that weaves the container of our soul.

Our soul field is an energetic framework and is the sovereignty of who we are.

She holds the vessel of our soul legacy and is the container of who we are.

This is where our magic happens as it is the heart of who we are.

It is where our soul codes are housed.

And the space where we share the full magnificence of our soul.

As we awaken our soul field, we unlock more of our soul’s innate brilliance and unveil her desires.

We can learn to expand and harmonise our soul field with the earth, and remember that we dream the earth’s dreams.

This is the new soul ecosystem and soul economy where we are in harmony with the heartbeat of the earth.

Being in soul allows us to rest in the field of coherence, which is the vibration of being aligned with the highest truth of our soul.

Embodying our soul helps us to complete old pain imprints so that we can move out of protection patterns to make our choices from the highest expression of our soul in our embodied sovereignty.

Our soul calls us to take up more space in the world and activate our legacy blueprint.

Living by the inner compass of our innate wisdom to invoke our most soul-enriched life is how we serve humanity and weave new fields of possibility of more sustainable and regenerative ways.

We already have everything we need within us.

It’s about remembering and reawakening our soul knowing and soul truth.

It’s time to be moved by soul and remember who we really are.

Re-Remembering Our Ancestral Wisdom & Earth Wisdom

We are deeply ritualistic and ceremonial beings. We carry the ancient knowing of ritual and ceremony deep in our bones and our blood.

This time on earth is calling us to re-remember our ancestral wisdom and intuitive knowing.

To return home to ourselves even more deeply as we embody our earth medicine and inner Medicine Woman and Wise Woman self.

The earth is calling us back home. Mother Nature beckons us to slow down in reverence and devotion with her.

Re-remembering our ancestral wisdom is a sweet and tender journey of resting in the truth of what we already know.

There is nothing we need to effort or do, it is more a softening into our body/heart/soul wisdom within.

Sacred grief rituals are so essential right now as a way to create a container to support our personal and collective grief to be metabolised.

I feel profoundly honoured to witness the re-remembering of rituals by the beautiful souls I walk alongside in personal sessions and my group offerings.

This week I felt called to make a grief mandala offering to Mother Earth to honour my personal grief around the endings I have experienced this year, as well as the collective grief at this time. I made my mandala in my garden and each item from Mother Earth was selected with reverence and asking sacred permission. Each item was chosen symbolically for how it represents parts of my journey.

Mother Earth and our ancestors so appreciate us making our grief as an offering of love to them.

It is powerful way to tend with reverence to our ancestors and Mother Earth by living rooted in embodied earth wisdom.

Inviting you to notice what sensations you feel in your body as you breathe in my grief mandala, and if any parts of you feel a re-remembering within you of what you have always known.

Leaning Into Tender Parts of Ourselves Softly

We all have a part of Self that is whole and untouched by trauma, our 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝗪𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟.

This is the part of us that can witness all the other parts of us and wrap a blanket of 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 around them.

Our Compassionate Self can hold the tender parts of us that hold pain.

𝘚𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘭𝘺

𝘎𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺

𝘚𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘭𝘺

𝘋𝘳𝘰𝘱 𝘣𝘺 𝘥𝘳𝘰𝘱.

We can build our capacity to lean into uncomfortable emotions, sensations and parts of self.

We begin by simply starting to name the part, sensation or emotion that is here in the body.

Ahhh Grief 𝘐 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶.

Ahh the Shamed One, 𝘐 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘺𝘰𝘶.

For if we are able to name our parts, that means we are in the 𝘞𝘪𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘚𝘦𝘭𝘧.

And a little bit more spaciousness opens up within to rest in the 𝘧𝘦𝘭𝘵 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 in the body that this emotion moving through is only 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘶𝘴, not all of who we are.

With each drop, you slowly build the capacity of your nervous system to be with the wave of emotions flowing through your body.

You might begin by imagining that Grief, for example, is knocking at the door of your heart.

Your Compassionate Self may look through the peep hole, and whisper “I see you”.

Then, pause to bring in a resource that holds you to allow the energy a soft place to land, like wrapping yourself in a warm blanket, or drinking a warm cup of tea.

The next drop may be your 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘚𝘦𝘭𝘧 opening the door just a crack to Grief, saying “I see you”.

Then, opening the door and inviting Grief to sit in the hallway.

Then over time, inviting Grief to take a seat on the couch with you around the fire, as you listen to what she wishes to share with you.

Give yourself permission to 𝘴𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘭𝘺 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘪𝘯, gently.

𝘋𝘳𝘰𝘱 𝘣𝘺 𝘥𝘳𝘰𝘱 to grow your Compassionate Self.

Those drops then become a stream that flows and connects us to our heart wisdom and innate heart knowing.

Following Your Impulses

Listen to what your 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘺𝘰𝘶.

Invite yourself to drop into a deeper kind of listening.

A 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 where you can tap into the information your body is always sharing with you.

𝘚𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯.

Take a 𝘚𝘈𝘊𝘙𝘌𝘋 𝘗𝘈𝘜𝘚𝘌.

Ask yourself, “𝘐𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘸, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘪𝘵 𝘣𝘦?”

And then listen.

Within that space, a possibility opens for you to begin to sense into your 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺’𝘴 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘶𝘭𝘴𝘦 to move – to feel how 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶.

The movement comes from within your deepest knowing and 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘉𝘖𝘋𝘠 𝘞𝘐𝘚𝘋𝘖𝘔.

You might sense an impulse to move your legs or arms, or to turn your head and neck to turn to look around your space. Your body will guide you the more you pause and practice this somatic listening and noticing your sensations.

We can practice growing the muscle of following our impulses by noticing when we feel hungry, tired or thirsty and honouring those impulses straight away.

Following our body impulses helps us to 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘴𝘥𝘰𝘮 and is vital part of allowing the body to share her story.

Following our body impulses helps us to reconnect with our 𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘭 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 and 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘵𝘴.

𝘌𝘔𝘉𝘖𝘋𝘐𝘔𝘌𝘕𝘛 is so vital for nurturing a more 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 and 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘦 world where we can can connect with our hearts and bodies.

What is your body sharing with you right now?

Notice if your body is wanting to move in any way, following any 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘶𝘭𝘴𝘦𝘴 that you have.
